Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking: Please reserve your package with 7–10 days notice. A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to secure your date. Full payment is due on the event day.
Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, a 25% fee applies. This ensures we can accommodate your new date.
Mark Terrance: Photo Booth Experiences are available exclusively for events within Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. This radius extends to 25 miles from zip code 20002. An additional travel fee will be applied if your event exceeds this 25-mile radius. We ensure that our high-quality photo booth services are delivered efficiently and effectively to your event, regardless of distance, while maintaining our commitment to excellence.
